Hummus (Classic Chickpea & Tahini)

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- to taste Salt
- 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed
1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and cumin.
2. Process until smooth, adding water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
3. Season with salt to taste.
4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
