Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and cumin.
  2. 2. Process until smooth, adding water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  3. 3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. 4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
