Hummus Kawarma (topped with Spiced Lamb/Beef)

Hummus
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- to taste salt
Kawarma
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- to taste salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
1. Blend all hummus ingredients until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook lamb/beef with spices until browned.
3. Spread hummus on a plate. Top with spiced lamb/beef. Serve warm.
