Hummus Msabaha (Whole Chickpeas in Tahini Sauce)

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- to taste salt
- to taste paprika for garnish
- to taste fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
1. In a saucepan, heat the chickpeas over medium heat until warm.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, and salt. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the warm chickpeas to the tahini mixture and stir to coat evenly.
4. Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with additional olive oil, and garnish with paprika and chopped parsley.
