Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Water

Topping

  • 2 tablespoon Pine Nuts toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Process until smooth.
  2. 2. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  3. 3. In a skillet, toast pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and top with toasted pine nuts. Drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
