Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Process until smooth.
2. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
3. In a skillet, toast pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and top with toasted pine nuts. Drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
