Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Garlic roasted
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 40 minutes.
  3. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, cumin, and roasted garlic.
  4. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika, if desired.
