Main Ingredients
- 1 head Garlic roasted
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 40 minutes.
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, cumin, and roasted garlic.
Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika, if desired.
