Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Sumac plus extra for garnish
  • 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and sumac in a food processor.
  2. 2. Process until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. 3. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with extra sumac. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
