Hummus with Sumac

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Sumac plus extra for garnish
- 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed
1. Combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and sumac in a food processor.
2. Process until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with extra sumac. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
