Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast

Topping

  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (Akkawi or Mozzarella)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
  3. 3. Add olive oil, warm water, and yeast. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. 5. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll each into a flat circle.
  7. 7. Place the dough circles on a baking sheet and top with shredded cheese.
  8. 8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
