  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 lemon Lemon, cut into wedges

  2. 2. Dredge the calamari rings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Fry the calamari in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the calamari from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
