Khobz Arabi (Thinner Arabic Bread)

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Yeast
- 1.5 cups Warm water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
2. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
6. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each bread for about 1-2 minutes on each side until puffed and golden.
