Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Yeast
  • 1.5 cups Warm water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. 2. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
  6. 6. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
  7. 7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each bread for about 1-2 minutes on each side until puffed and golden.
