Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Bulgur fermented
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, fermented bulgur, yogurt, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
  5. 5. Flatten each ball into a round flatbread about ¼ inch thick.
  6. 6. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
