Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 10 Phyllo pastry sheets
  • 1 Egg beaten, for sealing
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  2. Add ground beef to the pan. Cook until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Cut phyllo pastry sheets into triangles. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture at the base of each triangle. Roll tightly, sealing the edges with beaten egg.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot.
