Ingredients 

Filling

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Pastry

  • 1 package Phyllo dough
  • 1 cup Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed onion, crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush again with butter.
  5. Cut the phyllo dough into strips, place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at one end, and fold into triangles or squares.
  6. Place the filled phyllo triangles/squares on a baking sheet and brush the tops with more melted butter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
