Kreatopita (Meat Pie - small triangles/squares)
A delicious Greek meat pie made with phyllo dough and a savory meat filling.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 package Phyllo dough thawed
- ½ cup Butter melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Remove from heat and let cool.
Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough, brush with melted butter, and fold in half. Place a spoonful of meat mixture at one end and fold into a triangle. Repeat with remaining phyllo and filling.
Place triangles on a baking sheet and brush with more melted butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
