Ingredients 

  • 4 cups Plain yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and salt.
  2. 2. Place a cheesecloth over a strainer and pour the yogurt mixture into it.
  3. 3. Gather the edges of the cheesecloth and tie them to form a bundle.
  4. 4. Place the strainer over a bowl to catch the liquid and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  5. 5. After 24 hours, transfer the labneh to a serving dish and enjoy.
