Ingredients

  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  2. 2. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
