Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground lamb
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground allspice
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
