Lamb Liver Skewers (Arnavut Ciğeri style)

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb liver cut into cubes
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- 2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, and cumin. 
- 3. Coat the lamb liver cubes in the flour mixture. 
- 4. Thread the liver cubes onto skewers. 
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- 6. Fry the liver skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. 
- 7. Serve hot with a side of fresh salad or bread.
