  • 500 g Lamb liver cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
  3. 3. Coat the lamb liver cubes in the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Thread the liver cubes onto skewers.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Fry the liver skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7. Serve hot with a side of fresh salad or bread.
