- 2 lbs Lamb riblets
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup Chicken broth (for braising)
1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Rub the lamb riblets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
3. For grilling: Place the riblets on the grill and cook for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally until they are nicely charred and cooked through.
4. For braising: Place the riblets in a baking dish, add chicken broth, cover with foil, and bake for about 60 minutes until tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
