Main Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb, cut into cubes Use shoulder or leg
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Add lamb cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your liking.
6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
