Lamb Shish Kebab / Souvlaki (Lamb Cubes Skewers)

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb, cut into cubes Use shoulder or leg
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. 
- 2. Add lamb cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. 
- 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 
- 4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers. 
- 5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your liking. 
- 6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
