Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  5. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin circle.
  6. Preheat a baking sheet in the oven at 450°F (230°C).
  7. Place the rolled dough onto the hot baking sheet and bake for 1-2 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
  8. Remove from the oven and cover with a clean towel to keep soft.
