Main Ingredients
- 3.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin circle.
Preheat a baking sheet in the oven at 450°F (230°C).
Place the rolled dough onto the hot baking sheet and bake for 1-2 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and cover with a clean towel to keep soft.
