Ingredients 

Dough

  • 500 g Flour
  • 300 ml Water lukewarm
  • 10 g Salt
  • 10 g Yeast dry

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
  5. Shape the dough into small wedges and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
