Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 package Phyllo Dough thawed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until soft.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in the feta cheese, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cut the phyllo dough into strips. Place a spoonful of the mushroom mixture at one end of each strip and fold into triangles.
  6. Place the triangles on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
