Main Ingredients
- 1 can Artichoke hearts drained and quartered
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
Add the drained and quartered artichoke hearts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
