- 500 g minced meat
- 4 pita breads
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped onion, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley until well combined.
3. Cut each pita bread in half to create pockets.
