- 500 g minced meat
- 4 pita breads
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- 2. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped onion, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley until well combined. 
- 3. Cut each pita bread in half to create pockets. 
- 4. Stuff each pita pocket with the meat mixture, pressing it down to ensure it's evenly distributed. 
- 5. Grill the stuffed pitas for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the meat is fully cooked and the bread is crispy. 
- 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
