Sausage Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground lamb
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Harissa paste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. 2. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. 3. Using a sausage stuffer, fill sausage casings with the mixture.
  4. 4. Grill or cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
