Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add rice, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Spoon the rice mixture into the muffin tin, pressing down lightly. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes, then remove from the tin. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
