Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Phyllo dough thawed
  • 10 oz Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Dill dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta, onion, olive oil, egg, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush lightly with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and brush again. Repeat until you have 4 layers.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo into 3-inch wide strips. Place a tablespoon of the spinach mixture at one end of each strip and roll up.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
