Ingredients

  • 1 package Phyllo dough thawed
  • 200 g Feta cheese crumbled
  • 100 g Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine feta, ricotta, egg, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough, brush with olive oil, and fold in half lengthwise.
  4. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture at one end of the phyllo strip and roll up into a small log.
  5. Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
