- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped mint, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Whisk everything together until well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
