Main Ingredients
- 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 can Green Beans drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Parsley chopped
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the kidney beans, chickpeas, and green beans.
Add the red onion and parsley to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the beans and mix well to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
