Ingredients 

Flatbread

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¾ cup Warm water

Muhammara Topping

  • 1 cup Roasted red peppers drained
  • ½ cup Walnuts toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Pomegranate molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, olive oil, and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough into a flatbread shape and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, walnuts, pomegranate molasses, cumin, paprika, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Spread the Muhammara mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
