Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Roasted Red Peppers drained
  • 1 cup Walnuts toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, toasted walnuts, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, cumin, smoked paprika, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth but still has some texture.
  3. 3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well combined.
  4. 4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts, if desired.
  6. 6. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
