Ingredients

  • 12 sheets Phyllo Dough
  • 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 unit Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it lightly with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and brush again.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo into strips about 3 inches wide.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at the end of each strip. Fold the corner over to form a triangle and continue folding the strip, maintaining the triangle shape.
  6. Place the triangles on a baking sheet and brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
