Olive Tapenade (Black Olive)
A simple and delicious black olive tapenade.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup black olives pitted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon capers drained
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve with bread or crackers.
