  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add lamb chops to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
