Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon Saffron threads, ground and dissolved in 2 tablespoon hot water
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 large Onion, grated
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, saffron water, grated onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
