Ingredients

  • 4 cups Persian cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dill seeds
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve.
  2. 2. Place sliced cucumbers, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic into a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar. Let cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
