  • 2 cups Garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add garlic cloves, peppercorns, and dill to the jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the garlic cloves.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
