Main Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic smashed
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
- 1. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil. 
- 2. Pack green beans, garlic, and dill seeds into a jar. 
- 3. Pour the hot brine over the beans, leaving some space at the top. 
- 4. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
