- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic smashed
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
1. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
2. Pack green beans, garlic, and dill seeds into a jar.
3. Pour the hot brine over the beans, leaving some space at the top.
4. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
