Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Wild Cucumbers small and firm
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dill Seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Place cucumbers, garlic, mustard seeds, and dill seeds in a jar.
  4. 4. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar.
  5. 5. Seal the jar with a lid and let it cool to room temperature.
  6. 6. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
