Pomegranate-Glazed Carrots

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- ½ cup Pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in pomegranate juice and honey. Stir well.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until carrots are tender and glazed.
5. Serve warm.
