- 4 cups Pomegranate Juice

- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
1. Combine pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.

3. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain into a clean jar.
