  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chopped purslane to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the yogurt mixture.
