- 10 pieces Radishes thinly sliced
- 1 bunch Mint chopped
- 1 piece Lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Thinly slice the radishes and chop the mint.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the radishes and mint.
3. Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5. Toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately.
