  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
