Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Tahini Sauce

  • 0.25 cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Water to thin

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
  5. While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the tahini sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and water until smooth.
  6. Once the cauliflower is done, drizzle the tahini sauce over the top and serve warm.
