  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 pieces Red Bell Peppers roasted
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Roast the red bell peppers until charred, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine chickpeas, roasted red bell peppers, tahini, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt, and paprika. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with pita bread or veggies.
