  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the red bell pepper strips on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.
  4. Drizzle the mixture over the bell pepper strips. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
