- 4 pieces Yellow or Orange Peppers
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the peppers into halves and remove the seeds.
Place the peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
