  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

  2. Dredge each slice in flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the cheese slices until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
