Main Ingredients
- 1 block kefalotyri or graviera cheese about 200g
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Lemon wedges for serving
Cut the cheese into ½ inch thick slices.
Dredge each slice in flour, shaking off any excess.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the cheese slices until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
