Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 unit Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Add water and olive oil, mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix feta, mozzarella, and parsley.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center of each circle, fold and seal edges.
  7. Brush with egg wash.
  8. Fry in hot oil until golden brown or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
